Strategy & Business Development Team

The Strategy and Business Development team is tasked with identifying the next frontier for Elemental Machines in the life sciences and beyond. This team formulates strategies using a data driven process and research with focus on user needs, industry dynamics, and macro trends. This team also creates realizable roll out plans which can include prototyping, piloting and commercial production. 

Our multidisciplinary team members employ creativity, rigorous research, and strategic problem solving skills to propose unique solutions that leverage Elemental Machines’ solutions and capabilities.
