Sales

Elemental Machines’ sales team is devoted to introducing the world to a solution that lives at the intersection of SaaS and biotech. As a result, biotech or life science experience is mandatory for understanding the key personas that operate within the space.

Here, industry-leading compensation is supplemented with generous, uncapped sales incentives and a supportive, collegial environment. 

Experience operating in a startup environment is ideal. At Elemental Machines, rolling up your sleeves and operating as an organized, self-sufficient hunter are essential. 25-40% travel is typical, as frequent client meetings are supplemented with in-person trade shows, networking events, and social functions on a weekly basis at minimum.

Elemental Machines’ customer success team carries the baton following a sale to support our customers through platform activation, setup, feature enablement, and customer training.

Similar in name but distinct in responsibility, our customer support team handles and resolves trouble tickets. Far from fielding angry calls, our customer support agents get to play Sherlock Holmes, investigating how issues came to be and empowering customers with the keys to solve them.
