With over 10 years of experience in project management and implementation roles, Julia serves as a cross-functional partner, aligning customer operations with product strategy, go-to-market execution, and long-term company objectives. Her work centers on building processes and systems that scale while balancing efficiency, quality, and a consistently strong customer experience. When she’s not leading implementations, Julia can often be found supporting the local arts scene and traveling throughout the northeast.
