As the Director of Customer Success at Elemental Machines, Kristine leads the team of Customer Success Managers in optimizing research workflows for some of the world’s leading laboratories. Drawing on a background in nursing and math/science education, Kristine brings a unique perspective to the scientific and healthcare sectors, understanding the challenges and opportunities faced by researchers and innovators. Originally from Ontario, Canada, Kristine now resides in the suburbs of Massachusetts with her family. A passionate traveler, she recently explored Portugal and is always on the lookout for her next adventure.
