He began his career advising high-growth technology companies at Deloitte before moving into operating roles across the embedded networking, high performance computing, and data technology sectors. At Elemental Machines, Jes brings that depth of experience to bear as CFO, having spent his career guiding companies through the full arc of growth, from early formation through IPO, international expansion, and acquisition.
