His extensive expertise in technical leadership, cloud architecture, product strategy, resource management, and continuous improvement positions him as a vital contributor to advancing technology-driven business strategies at Elemental Machines. Outside of work, Joel is a passionate musician, hiker and volunteer with the USFS.
